Please present your valid concession card to our reception staff when you arrive for your appointment to receive the applicable discount.
While Vitality Medical Health Centre does not directly bill private health insurers, we provide detailed invoices that you can submit to your health fund for potential reimbursement. The level of coverage depends on your specific policy and extras coverage.
Our reception team can provide a properly formatted invoice with all the information your health fund requires for claiming. Please ask at the conclusion of your appointment.

Payment methods
We accept EFTPOS and credit cards. Medicare rebates can be processed on the spot with your valid Medicare card.
