We request that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Fees and Payment

Our fees for medical services are displayed at our clinic and on our website. Payment is required at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including EFTPOS, credit cards, and direct billing to Medicare where applicable.

For patients with valid Medicare cards, we offer bulk billing for eligible services to concession card holders, children under 16, and for specific services as determined by our practitioners.
